Hi Dan’
No, I was not trying to pull anyone’s leg, I was honestly mistaken. Many thanks for correcting my error, I have learned something new today!
All the best,
-Scott

I suspect the very knowledgeable Scott Danneker was pulling everyone’s leg.

Rosendahl was of Swedish descent and he was married in the Episcopal Church.

He had several classmates who were also involved in the lighter than air fleet, including Gilbert Pennoyer and Zeno W. Wicks. Herbert Victor Wiley was only one year behind him, so they may have known each other at USNA, too. They certainly would have known each other in the coming years. It was an exciting thing, and so tragic that they never got a chance to work all the bugs out of it. https://archive.org/stream/luckybag1914unse#page/117/mode/1up
